It's been almost a year to the date that Tony MacMillan opened up his food truck, Mac's Smokehouse Grill. Now, he's stepped it up with a new restaurant and bar.

Some commissioners, referring to the bar and grill's obvious "Tight Ends" double entendre, and wondered about the MacMillans' real motives.
