National Aerobic Championship

I miss the 80's... well most of it, except for the clothes. You can keep the corduroy and bell bottom pants though. But this video of the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship reminds of some the cheesy-ness of that decade. I dare you to watch this and not smile.
