This 80’s Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship Is Amazing [VIDEO]

I miss the 80's... well most of it, except for the clothes. You can keep the corduroy and bell bottom pants though. But this video of the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship reminds of some the cheesy-ness of that decade. The outfits weren't bad (considering), but from the music to the cheerleader-esque smiles, you just can't lose with this! I swear some of the dance moves have just now caught on.

And the coup de grace of the entire 7 minute video is Alan Thicke hosting the show. At about the 5:45 mark, he has some elementary, but semi-funny jokes. I dare you to watch this and not smile.
