The Hunter Lewis Fittje Memorial Fishing Derby Is Coming Soon

Here fishy, fishy, fishy!!! The 15th annual Hunter Lewis Fittje Memorial Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2015 at Yensess Park Pond. The fishing derby is open to kids of all ages, but the contests are for children ages 0-9 years old. The contest begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. Prizes will be awarded after the contest ends. Raffles will be held for several prizes and a 50/50 drawing.

You can register at the derby starting at 8:00 a.m. There is a $5 donation request for each registered child participating in the derby, but no child will be turned away. We have had several generous businesses and individuals that would like to help with registration fees for those who cannot afford it.
