Victoria Justice is all too familiar with being Victoriousbut will her winning trend survive Spike's Lip Sync Battle?

The show, which most recently crowned Willie Geist a winner over Andy Cohen, will pit Justice against fellow MTV actor Gregg Sulkin on Thursday night's (July 30) show. Though Sulkin's won the hearts of many adoring fans through his Faking It role, Justice proves in the preview above that a lip-syncing victory won't come so easily for her pal.

While sporting Nelly's famous under-eye Band-Aid in the clip, the actress works the crowd with the rapper's 2002 hit, "Hot in Herre," and makes a case for her very own hip-hop career. Between a couple of provocative thrusts and some innocent hair-twirling as choreography, her character is clear, but Sulkin and host LL Cool J, who laugh in the background, seem to be sleeping on the contestant. Justice is no less dissuaded to go for gold, though.

"Get ready for a lip sync battle of epic proportions," she tweeted her adversary yesterday (July 26). Not especially cutting trash talk, but we'll consider the gauntlet thrown down!

And while lip-syncing might serve as an amusing side gig, Justice is ready to start making some serious new music, too."I'm definitely getting the itch to get back in the studio and start writing again,” she told WhoWhatWear in March. “I miss performing so much. I miss being onstage and being able to share my music with people."

Get an early look at Justice's performance, and see if she can best Sulkin on Thursday night!
