It's pretty safe to say that being a teen isn't the easiest thing in the world.

According to this new research it's even worse when you are a teen and you don't get enough sleep.

Studies have found that two-thirds of teens who have less than 8 hours of sleep are more likely to fight, drink, and smoke.

We've also learned that nearly 69% of teens actually get less than those 8 hours on most school nights.

It's also been proven that kids who sleep less are more sexually active, and have considered suicide.
