Ever since I started running, I realized everything I had heard over the years was true. Like, if you're tired, running (physical activity) will give you more energy than a nap. Running will also help you to burn 50% more calories than walking alone and it gets you outside, and I don't know anyone who couldn't use a little fresh air. Plus, you don't have to pay for a gym membership. Score!
