For students of Natrona County High School, NCTV and their counterparts from around Wyoming, with another year came another chance to impress the citizens of Casper with their film expertise at the 13th Annual Wyoming High School Short Film Festival. Students of NC offered music videos, documentaries, and short films to a packed audience at the American Theatre on Tuesday.
