Multiple Wyoming law enforcement agencies collaborated and seized roughly 3 pounds of methamphetamine over the weekend.

According to a Fremont County Sheriff's Office press release, Fremont County sheriff's deputies learned from their counterparts in Hot Springs County that a vehicle believed to be transporting a large quantity of methamphetamine was in Fremont County.

Fremont County deputies stopped the vehicle outside of Lander.

Officers from the Lander Police Department used a dog to help find the drugs in the vehicle.

With help from the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and Wyoming Highway Patrol, authorities found three pounds of methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

Joe Charles Curtis Sr. of Taft, Cali. and Moranda Standingrock of Rygate, Mont. were arrested.

The release does not specify exactly when the events transpired.
