A video from recipe and snack food website Delish has been making rounds on Facebook again. The video shows a 45-second video of how to make an interesting concoction called pickle butter.

I'm a pretty brave soul when it comes to food. Couple that with the fact that I greatly enjoy both pickles and butter, which means I will most definitely be making this soon. But I asked several co-workers and they seemed to be on the fence about this one.

Considering how relatively easy it is to make, plus the video states it tastes good on a variety of different dishes (like chicken, hamburgers, cornbread, etc), this might be a new favorite of mine.
