This Christmas season, Central Wyoming Rescue Mission will serve a traditional holiday meal to guests of the mission and hungry community members. The ministry will also provide gifts for men and women staying at the shelter and toys for their children.  CWRM invites individuals, businesses, churches and other groups within the community to help by hosting food drives, Adopting-a-Guest for Christmas or raising money.

Food items currently needed to prepare Christmas meals for our hungry neighbors include: turkeys, hams, boxes of stuffing, bags of potatoes and sweet potatoes, pie filling or frozen fruit filling, dinner rolls, breakfast pastries and large cans of coffee. These can be dropped off at 230 North Park anytime.

Gift item donations can be dropped off at CWRM’s Development Department located above their Rescued Treasures Thrift Store at 330 North Durbin, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CWRM requests that donations be made by December 15, 2015 to finalize preparations for their holiday activities.
