Well for those Wyomingites that answered with those responses, I've got quite the concept for you.
Deviled Egg Co.
Yep a restaurant where the main dish on the menu is deviled eggs. All different types of deviled eggs. It's like a sushi restaurant, but the sushi is deviled eggs.
Feel like a Caesar Salad? There's a deviled egg option for that.
Maybe you're more of a Chicken Bacon Ranch person. Yep, you guessed it, Deviled Egg Co. has that too.
Deviled Egg Co. would be a cool place to hang after work for a couple deviled eggs and adult beverages. They have a full drink menu in addition to the eggs.
If you're looking for something different in a restaurant, this concept is right up your alley. The problem right now, there are only a couple of locations, and none of them are even near Wyoming.
The owner and brains behind the restaurant is Raechel Van Buskirk, an Omaha, Nebraska native, that has a background in food, beverage and hospitality. Since she's from Omaha, that's closest place you're going to have to go to try this cool restaurant.
Just because there's only a couple locations now, that doesn't mean that Raechel wouldn't want to put a new location here in the Cowboy State. You know that we'd eat the heck out of some gourmet deviled eggs.
