Cole Swindell's Coming To The Ford Wyoming Center In Casper

It's a date we've been waiting for in Casper since we made the announcement earlier this year. October 3 is the date country music star Cole Swindell will be in Casper at the Ford Wyoming Center, and it's almost here.

What do you know about Cole?

The 42-year-old has been a staple in country music since the early 2010s, when he released the song 'Chillin' It.' That's when Warner Nashville caught wind of him, and he's been soaring ever since. As of 2025, Cole has had a heck of a career with multiple hit songs, platinum and gold albums, and has even started a family, all while touring and staying in the public eye.

I can remember when my buddy Kevin was working with Warner and invited me to a showcase in Nashville to see Cole on stage, and he proved to me that night that he'd be around for a long while.

Cole is from Georgia, the same state as country star Luke Bryan, and the two attended the same college, Georgia Southern University. Cole and Luke are members of the same fraternity and met when Luke returned to campus. They kept in contact after their meeting, and Cole ended up leaving school and hitting the road with Luke.

Cole went out on the road as Luke's "merch guy" for a couple of years, while writing songs and honing his craft. His songwriting earned him a publishing deal in 2010 that spawned numerous songs that other artists recorded.
