If you enjoy collecting little pieces of history, here's your chance to purchase the second annual Casper Christmas ornament.

There are only 500 of these collector items available. So, if you were lucky enough to get one last year and want to get yours every year, you should get the 2024 ornament now.

The Casper Historic Preservation Commission’s second annual Christmas ornament is here, featuring “The Onion” and “The Eggbeater,” home to “The M.” With under 300 ornaments left, now is the time to secure this limited-edition keepsake!

For $20 (plus tax), you can own a piece of Casper's history. Head to the Fort Casper Museum and pick your ornament up before they're gone.

After a lively Facebook poll, The M emerged as the crowd favorite, and the limited-edition ornaments are ready to make their debut at Fort Caspar Museum on November 1st. With only 500 available, each numbered ornament is a unique piece of Casper history that you can hang right on your tree.

The proceeds from the ornament sales will go to helping local Wyomingites and businesses commemorate their historic places.

Remember, only 500 are available. You must act fast if you want to keep the tradition of getting one of the ornaments every year.

The museum's winter hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday, if you'd like to pick your ornament up to put on your Christmas tree this holiday season.
