If you want to check up on your student's grades in Natrona County or otherwise stay in touch, you may have a delay. The Natrona County School District says the Infinite Campus Parent Portal is "experiencing issues". Infinite Campus is used by parents, students, and teachers to track grades, assignments, schedules, fees, send notifications, and much more.

Infinite Campus is also used for emergency notifications, such as safety issues and lockouts. Officials have a plan in place should that happen.

According to the Natrona County School District:

"In case of emergency we would work with our Natrona County Sheriffs Office Emergency Management Team to utilize their emergency notification system to share information with parents. We appreciate their willingness to assist us in our mission to keep students and staff safe. Additionally, we would rely heavily on the support of our local media partners in sharing important information with our community and parents."

Another impact is that teachers may not be able to update grades in a timely manner. District officials say they are working "diligently" with Infinite Campus to remedy the issues as soon as possible.
