Bamboozle is one of the biggest, most well-attended spring muisic festivals, taking place annually in Dirty Jer-Z! PopCrush has exclusive video footage of rapper Sammy Adams, including snippets of him performing at 2012 Bamboozle in Asbury Park on May 20, as well as him doing his thing backstage and with fans. The vid offers a keyhole view into Adams’ life at a big event such as this.

In this video, Adams is on stage, talking about when he played the 2010 edition of Bamboozle, which took place in the extreme heat. He jokes that it was 110 degrees and that hot that sneakers were sticking to the ground. That’s… really hot! He also said that that he didn’t know how many people would come see him — but by the time he hit the second song, he said that 4,000 people had gathered to watch. Looks like his fears were unfounded.

At the end of his monologue, he offered a huge “Thank You” to all the people who have been there since day one.

This footage is spliced together with clips of him meeting fans and all the other off-stage activities that go with being a performer and a pop star. One thing is for sure, though. New Jersey shows mad love for Sammy Adams. But then again, how could they not?

It doesn’t matter if you missed Adams at Bamboozle or if you were there. This two-minute clip will take you back to May 2012. Also, be sure to watch his latest music video for ‘Only One.’
