Sheriff’s Deputies Looking For Missing Idaho Man Last Seen In Casper

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office, in conjunction with the Caribou County Sheriff's Office, Soda Springs, Idaho, is conducting an investigation of a missing person, Phillip Lee Gibson, and is seeking information from the public.

Gibson is described as a white male, 23 years old, five foot eight inches tall, weighing approximately 145 pounds, with blue colored eyes and blonde colored hair.

Gibson's last known location was the Casper, Wyoming area.

Gibson is believed to be driving a 2003 Black GMC Crew Cab pickup, with various chrome accessories, bearing Idaho registration 3C2975T.
