The armed robbery took place at roughly 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22.

Seth T. Blackburn, 30, of Riverton, was arrested August 6 on recommended charges of aggravated assault and use or possession of a firearm by a felon.

However, Albrecht-Rivera then handed over the knife, apologized and said he would wait outside for police.

State law requires a minimum prison sentence of five years for the crime, while the maximum allowed sentence is 25 years.

Jamitrice L. Campbell, 24, was arrested Friday on recommended charges of robbery and assault.

Police say the suspect demanded money out of the register and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
