The number of kids using vapes is on the rise in the Cowboy State.

The defeat on first reading on Dec. 1 posed a problem because the city ordinance would then be out of sync with state law.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other federal and state agencies have been investigating the lung injuries caused by vaping.

Effective December 26th, 2019, the minimum age for buying tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, etc.) is now 21.

In August, the school district released a report that showed an increase in vaping among students in all grades.

Gov. Mark Gordon and the Wyoming Department of Health are urging residents to avoid using vaping products containing THC.
