Many people don't eat leftovers. For some, it's the fact that most foods rarely taste the same after they've been reheated.

Luckily for us, that's not always the case. This is the definitive list of local cuisines that taste just as good and in some instances, even better, as leftovers.

    Pho Saigon

    Pho - Beef or Chicken

Pho is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, vegetables and meat (primarily beef or chicken).

While it sounds ordinary, it is anything but. Pho is one of those dishes that has to be tasted in order to truly understand how great it is. The below video is pretty much my first pho experience...verbatim!

Pho Saigon does an superb job with theirs (duh... it's in the name!). Whether you're enjoying it fresh or warming it up the next day, it's just as delicious!

    Mongolian Grill

Mongolian-style stir fry is always delicious, but if you're as frivolous as I when it comes to sauce usage, the next day, after all the flavors have had a chance to mix with each other (veggies, meats, sauces, etc.), the results are darn near a better taste sensation.

    Firerock Steakhouse

    Cajun-Spiced Ribeye

This is quite easily my favorite steak in Casper. On the very slim occasion that I don't finish it in one sitting, ordering it rare to medium rare means you can reheat it the following day and not overcook it.

I've had it for dinner and used the leftovers as part of my breakfast the following morning with a nice over easy egg.

    Bosco's Italian Restaurant

    Fettuccini Alfredo

Let's be real here, almost everything on their menu is just as good the next day, but there is just something about their Alfredo.

    G-ma's Diner

    Biscuits & Gravy

There are a few places in town that do a really good job with the B&G, but none better than G-Ma's Diner. Maybe it's the spiciness of their gravy that puts them just a step above all others.

Regardless, reheating a biscuit drenched in all that creamy goodness is difficult, but it can be done and trust me when I say it, using a toaster oven instead of microwave makes all the difference.
