No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of First and Poplar streets Tuesday morning.

The crash, which occurred before 8:30 a.m., involved two adults and a child, according to Officer Simons of the Casper Police Department. He credits proper use of seat belts and child restraints with preventing any injuries in the wreck.

The circumstances of the crash were not clear, he added. Traffic was snarled at the intersection at 8:45 a.m. as officers directed traffic and photographed the scene.

One vehicle ended up on its side, and another sustained front-end damage.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
