Move over New York City and Washington D.C. Millennials have found greener pastures elsewhere.

I was definitely that college student who had big dreams in New York City. I spent six months living in Brooklyn and interning for ESPN New York for a semester. I never wanted to leave. Although I have found my dream job in another city, I still feel that pull.

This may mean that I'm not a millennial... sorta.

According to Business Insider, millennials have found other cities to chase their dreams in. Over the past few years, 11 cities have seen an increase this demographic residing within their limits. Business Insider compiled personal finance data from SmartAsset, real-estate numbers from RCLCO and mortgage number from Ellie Mae.
