Bighorn Mountains

Since most of the state is either prairie or pine, you need to know where to look.

It's on the north side of the Bighorn Mountains, straddling the line between Montana and Wyoming.

What you'll find up there is equally impressive yet does not have anywhere near the number of tourists that the extreme west side of Wyoming has

No humans around, anyway.

One of the many reasons people chose to live in Wyoming is the beauty of nature. Whether it's the view of the mountains or enjoying the wildlife (from a safe distance), there's an obvious reason we call it "Wonderful Wyoming".

So many in such a small area.

The age isn't 100% known, but hundreds of years old for sure.

Here in Wyoming, we tend to keep the best spots in our state a secret. But we just HAD to share the Bighorn Mountains with you.

Tiny houses have been around since the 1970's, but have really surged over the last few years.

Crews in Big Horn County, with the help of a Wyoming Army National Guard helicopter, rescued a couple after they were stranded in the Bighorn Mountains for nine days.

If you love the Kaycee, Wyoming area and you have horses and/or cattle, I have found some sweet land for you. It's a ranch more than capable of housing your horses and cattle and it's got views of the southern Bighorn Mountains.

I've said it before and I'll probably yell it out another million times before I die. Wyoming's part of the Bighorns are probably the most beautiful location in America. A new drone video proves that point all over again.
