Three Interesting New Weight Loss Tricks
There are so many diet books out there, we'd think by now we've heard it all yet somehow they keep pushing out new ways to narrow your waist. Here's a few we found interesting enough to share.
1. Serve food from the stove. Instead of putting food on dishes and bringing it to the table you apparently eat 10% less. Ooh! And less dishes to clean. BONUS!
2. When you are craving a snack, just find something else to do for roughly 10 minutes. Basically, that's about how long it takes for a craving to dissolve. So maybe just go on Facebook, or watch a cartoon? Really it doesn't matter, just so long as you get food off your mind for 10 minutes.
3. Make a fist. Some new research claims that making your hand into a tight ball for about 30 seconds can help you control your impulses.
