Women Can Legally Go Topless In Fort Collins

A federal judge in Denver, Colorado, has blocked a ban on women going topless in Fort Collins. He says a ban on women baring their breasts in public is a law rooted in sexual discrimination.

Fort Collins Police are worried that topless women would cause distracted driving and traffic issues. That could mean more work for body shops, paramedics and E.R. personnel.

I personally am not offended by topless women in public as much as I am by topless, fat, sweaty guys with moobs and chesticles. Those we have to cover up!
