B.o.B has released his new video for ‘Both of Us,’ featuring Taylor Swift, in which the duo participates in an artful montage about the South.

The Atlanta hip-hop star and 22-year-old country singer shot the video in Nashville, Tenn. fending off bugs while representing American life. Beautiful images of locals are spliced with casual scenes of the two artists, creating a visual mosaic. Director Jake Nava (Beyonce, Pink) described his vision for the clip as a “collage of different aspects of humanity in the southern states.”

In a recent behind-the-scenes clip, Bobby Ray explained what the track means to him.“It’s not even a song; it’s more like a project,” he said. “This is bigger than just B.o.B / Taylor Swift. This is about all walks of life, all classes of society. It’s about everybody, really.”

‘Both of Us’ appears on B.o.B’s sophomore album, ‘Strange Clouds,’ which was released on May 1. The song follows two other official singles, the title track and ‘So Good,’ as well as the high-energy video for ‘Ray Bands.’
