Did Britney Rip Off Old Country Stars? [AUDIO]

Been hearing Britney's new song "Hold It Against Me" on KISS-FM recently?    Apparently lots of people are listening, including 1970's-80's country stars, the Bellamy Brothers.    The latter is pissed.  

Listen to this clip, with a line from Britney's new hit, and a clip from the Bellamy's 1979 hit "If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body", and post comments to let us know your opinion.

Not exactly the same, but pretty similar, no?   Did Britney rip these guys off?   In a statement, David Bellamy says:

“Back in 1979, I wrote a little song called If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body, Would You Hold It Against Me.    That little song went No 1 and has since become one of the defining songs of our career. If you listen to the lyrics of Britney Spears’ new single, Hold It Against Me, you’ll find some major similarities.   Howard and I have no personal beef with Britney.  She's a talented girl. But professionally, well, in all honesty, we feel completely ripped off. Where's the originality?"
