Celebs Bear Grylls & Bradley Cooper Had a ‘WILD’ Time in Wyoming!
Action and adventure follow survivalist Bear Grylls and actor Bradley Cooper (whose most recent film was 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3'). But seldom do their adventures cross paths. Bear's adventures come in the wilds of the world - Bradley's are usually scripted and filmed on a Hollywood set.
But the stars have aligned, and these two celebs have crossed paths in perhaps the most unimaginable place - right here in Wyoming.

Bradley Cooper's latest project whisked him away from Los Angeles to Fremont Canyon in Natrona County, Wyoming. Cooper - with guidance from survivalist Bear, squares off against a 400 ft. cliff face, conquers a treacherous ravine and overcomes a Wyoming snowstorm in the 45-minute episode on Sunday, July 9.
Where in Wyoming Was the 'Running Wild with Bear Grylls' Episode Filmed?
According to AP News and National Geographic, the episode was filmed in "Pathfinder Can. For those familiar with Natrona County's outdoor recreation scene, you'll recognize it as a common misnomer for Fremont Canyon and the Pathfinder Dam. Those glittering waters snaking below Cooper during his climb? Those are from the Alcova Reservoir.
Bradley Cooper's Thoughts on His Wyoming Adventure
AP reports that Bear thought Cooper "smashed" his epic adventure in Wyoming. In the episode's trailer, Cooper acknowledged he was taking on quite the challenge, saying,
"I'm here to do stuff that I saw on television that looked terrifying and thinking, 'Wow, I can't even imagine doing something like this.'"
The trailer shows Cooper nailing the repel across the canyon - all while snow and wind batter at the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star.
