Most Awkward TV Teen Dance Show Ever [VIDEO]

I'm really not sure how this video came about, where the hell it was made, or why I can't stop watching it.  It has to be the most awkward TV show in history.  Bonus - when you have a haircut like "Pisces" is rocking at 1:55, you don't have to dance.

Update:  Our weekend guy Riggs, also known as the KISS-FM go-to encyclopedia for useless information, informs me that this is a clip from the infamous "Dance Party USA" program - and that "Kelly" in the first couples feature is actually Kelly Ripa, of "Regis & Kelly" fame.   Who knew.
