If you're looking for a reason to get out of the house, and help others at the same time, now's your chance!

The Ft. Caspar Museum is looking for volunteers to give guided tours during the school season. They will train you, and provide you with all of the information you need. Check out the press release below, with contact information at the bottom of this post.

Casper, Wyoming - Fort Caspar Museum invites you to share history with children for the Spring 2015 school tour season.  Join us for training on Thursday, April 9th from 9:00 am-11:00 am or Tuesday, April 14th from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm. We need help sharing the fascinating story of Natrona County with 3rd and 4th grade students from our own community and from around the state.

Volunteers must commit to leading two or more tours per week.

In training, we will cover Natrona County history, daily life at Fort Caspar, and tips for wrangling elementary school students.  The class will provide research and note taking materials. Please come join us!
