Casper BBQ Restaurant Ranks In The Top 8 For The State

A local barbecue restaurant has landed on "The Best 8 BBQ Sandwiches In Wyoming" list.

OnlyInYourState.com recently released the list which included Evansville's own HQ Southern BBQ at the number six spot. The ranking concentrated on sandwiches only and highlights their Ultimate Dog (which a person favorite of mine), that boasts their house-smoked hickory Andouille sausage smothered with brisket chili, cheddar cheese and queso.

The article erroneously states HQ is located in Cody. Of course we had to make sure OnlyInYourState.com was aware, so hopefully they'll fix it soon.

This is the second time this year HQ has received accolades for their food. Back in August of this year (2019), they were the lone establishment to get a mention for the "best BBQ in your state" for Wyoming during a live YouTube stream posted by It's A Southern Thing.

Although I personally believe they should have landed much higher on this list, congrats are still in order once again for HQ Southern BBQ!
