Casper Born Rap Artist ‘Cur’ Passes Away At Age 30
Cur had been following his musical dreams. Over the course of the last ten months, he had released five music videos on his YouTube channel, GodOva Mula (which is clever imaging of God Over Money) and amassed upwards of 1.5 million views, which is no small feat for an aspiring rapper, even more so, one that was born and raised in Wyoming.
Sadly, Cur, who was born Currington Campbell in Casper, passed away at the early age of 30 Sunday morning.
In his last video for the song "Hybrids" (which features Yung C), you can also catch glimpses of Cur's son. His previous video release "We Could Win" was shot entirely on location in Cheyenne.
Cur was quick to tell of his Wyoming roots. In addition to his devotion to his family and his love of music, he was also an avid snowboarder and enjoyed camping.
Casper is mourning the loss of one its own, gone too soon.
