If you're a Broncos fan, here's your chance to meet some former players and help out the Cheyenne Firefighters. The 5th annual Firefighters vs. Broncos charity basketball game will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at the South High School gymnasium on 1213 W. Allison Road in Cheyenne.

This year's team of Broncos legends includes TE Ron Egloff , WR Rick Upchurch, CB Le-Lo Lang, TE Jeb Putzier, and DB Frank Robinson. They will be competing against several Cheyenne Firefighters including FF Ryan Seaberg, ENG Clint O'Connor, ENG Collin Moody, LT Eric Bickell. In past years, both the Broncos players and firefighters have invited members of the audience to join their team.  Who knows? They might even ask you to lace up your sneakers.

Tickets can be purchased at the door. They are $10 for adults, $5 for children or $35 for a family of five. Organized through the Frontier Lion’s Club, the annual event will continue the 29 year benefit for eyeglass donations for those who could not otherwise afford them. Anyone looking to donate used eye glasses may do so in the purple and gold mailbox in the Laramie County Library, the Wal-Mart Vision Center, any local optometrist’s office, at the game.
