Welcome to Cooking With Nyke. For this inaugural episode, I share how to make my "not-so-secret" salsa. Feel free to share. Food is my passion... whether making it or eating it.

I will say, after finding out how easy it is to make salsa from scratch, I have pretty much completely stopped buying the store bought kind. It just doesn't measure up. About $10 and some time, and you get a much better salsa that you can season to your own taste and heat preferences. That's a win win in my book!
