It remains to be seen if Wyoming football fans have seen the last of Josh Allen in brown and gold.

The academic senior still is just a junior on the football field, but presumably will enter the NFL Draft in 2018. The Pokes are of course bowl eligible at 7-5 this year, however with Josh's recent shoulder injury, many are speculating that he may not even suite a potential bowl either.

Allen is projected as a first round draft pick next year, and many experts have them in their top 10.

One such expert, is Matt Miller. Matt writes for BleacherReport.com.

Miller's latest mock draft came out this week, and he projects Allen going 4th overall. Currently, he's projected the Denver Broncos in that 4th spot, which is a reminder at just how far Denver has fallen this NFL season.

Miller's top projected pick is UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen, who he says will go to the currently "winless" Cleveland Browns.

Miller explains...

This would be a bit of a gamble for Elway, but he has to be looking at his offense and wondering what went wrong. Adding Allen would give the Broncos the football IQ and athleticism at quarterback that can open up the offense.
