20 Pound Carp Running For City Council [VIDEO]

In Ann Arbor, Michigan, a 20 pound carp was removed from one pond and transferred to another, and in the process, grew popular. He got a twitter account and other social media status and now is making a run for city council.

Not much else is known about this fish, but it's thought he's a pices working for scale. For more puns, check this video.
