Dancing Casper Woman Drops It Like It’s Hot, Police Not Amused [VIDEO]

This YouTube video is making the rounds - and it was taken right here in good old Casper, Wyoming.  Recently, in the area of 21st and McKinley, a neighbor with a camera captured a dance session by a woman in jeans and a bra - and that's about it.  Since we're the only station in town that plays "Firework" from Katy Perry, we're assuming KISS-FM was the soundtrack for at least part of the show.  You're welcome!
