Driving conditions are treacherous in the wake of a spring storm that dumped more than a foot of snow in some areas of the state. Early Wednesday morning, the Wyoming Department of Transportation had closed Interstate 25 from Casper to the Colorado border. No unnecessary travel was advised in much of the state.
