Getting Even Through A Person’s Pet Is Ridiculous!!! [VIDEO]

I saw something on Facebook today that serious burned me up! Someone had a problem with a woman in Rochester, NY. So what did they do other than taking it up with that woman? They vandalized her horse! Who does that! They hacked off his forelock, his mane and even his tail. And if that weren't enough, they spray painted the horse and the stall. I'm beside myself! Who does this type of isshh?!?!?
