In an effort to foster a culture where the focus is on learning, the Natrona County School District has implemented a new student dress code policy.

The Natrona County School District recently released a video explaining the new dress code policy for Natrona County Schools. The video shows students and parents what is appropriate and what is not appropriate to wear to school.

In June 2015, the Natrona County School District passed a new dress code policy that would enforce what students could and could not wear to school. The video's narrator states "In an effort to foster a culture where the focus is on learning, the Natrona County School District has implemented a new student dress code policy."

Along with the dress code, the the district has adopted new policies on cell phones and abusive language. “The intent of the policy is to clarify expectations regarding certain behaviors in school, whether that be dressing appropriately, using one’s cell phone appropriately, using language appropriately,” board Chairman Dave Applegate said.
