For most of us in Wyoming, seeing a pronghorn or bison sort of goes with the territory, literally, but for many folks around the country, the glimpse of one of these animals is a rare and unique experience. A zoo in Queens, New York actually has an exhibit to help city folks get a closer to them.

The New York zoo got a few pronghorns at an early age to be featured in their Animal Trail exhibit that features American animals. These adorable young pronghorn were still fed from the bottle when they arrived. As they grew, they got fast.

Animal Curator Scott Silver noted his amazement with the speed in the video below. He acknowledged they were definitely too fast to catch, so it is a good thing they were able to build relationships with the animals while they were young. Check out the video below to see how they adapt with their bison roommates.
