An amazing rescue was caught on tape this week, as an Argentine Mastiff fell into a frozen reservoir, and was heroically saved by local firefighters, as Denver's KUSA caught it on video from their helicopter.  Max the Mastiff became an overnight celebrity in Denver, and eventually nationwide - and stopped by the 9 News morning show this morning with his owner and the fireman - and gave KUSA's Kyle Dyer a little more of an "exclusive" than she bargained for.

Kyle is recovering at a Denver area hospital, where she has undergone reconstructive surgery.
